Festival Art Souterrain
Festival Art Souterrain launches its 18th edition with a free opening event at Place Ville Marie on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
Come experience the festival in a lively and welcoming atmosphere, right in the heart of the underground city. It’s the perfect opportunity to take a first step into this edition centered on the theme of duality, meet the artists, and discover the artworks in a new way.
On the program: performances in the lobbies by Maurice Jones, Chadi Ayoub, Farzaneh and Mancy Rezaei, who will activate the space with sensitive and surprising works exploring the body, material, and transformation.
Speeches by Frédéric Loury, founder and director of Art Souterrain, and Ariane Plante, the exhibition curator, will offer insight into the program and the ideas behind this edition.
Looking to slow down for a moment? A guided meditation session with Arcángelo Constantini will offer a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment amid the excitement.
